Sue Pugh is the newly appointed Director of Nursing Talent and Retention for Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD.

She has 35 plus years of hospital clinical experience with a focus on neuroscience patient and their recovery. She is a Master’s prepared clinical nurse specialist and has received state and national recognition for her achievements including the 2014 Excellence in Clinical Practice Award from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association Council of Cardiovascular and Stroke Nursing, being named a Fellow of the American Heart Association in 2012,  serving for three years on the National Board of Directors of the American Association of Neuroscience Nursing and now serving as the Treasurer for that same national organization.  Although, as we will hear, being a nurse is a core component of who she is, she is most proud of her 4 children.

Finally, full disclosure, she has been my wife for the last 32 years.

Join us as we learn who Sue is, what she does, and why she does it.
